What happens at the end of the free trial?

At the end of the 14-day free trial, no charge will be made automatically, as we do not require a credit card to activate the trial.

If you do not subscribe to a paid plan, your account will remain active but with paid features suspended — meaning your team will no longer be able to log hours or access advanced features.

You can at any time:

  • Subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Rabbiit with all features
  • Or downgrade to the free plan, with limited features

You keep access to your account and data, but will need to choose how to proceed after the trial.

What will my plan price be?

Your plan price depends on number of users and payment period (monthly or annual).

You can simulate the exact amount on our pricing page, entering how many users your team will have and choosing your preferred payment method.

For teams with more than 40 users, we have fixed-price plans that offer better value and scale — especially for companies that want cost predictability and scale with savings.

What is a user license and which users are paid?

Every team member who needs to access the system — to log hours, create projects, view reports or manage tasks — needs a user license.

Each user has a permission level that defines what they can see and do in the account (see our permissions article).

We only charge for active users (those who can log in). Archived users are not charged and can be kept for historical data only.

How do I subscribe to a paid plan?

You can subscribe directly in the system via the "Plans and Billing" tab in your account menu.

Select the plan, enter the number of users, choose payment method (monthly or annual) and follow the on-screen steps.

Activation is immediate after payment confirmation.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept credit card and bank slip (boleto).

You can choose the payment method at checkout for both monthly and annual plans.

Renewal is automatic according to the plan period, and you can change the payment method anytime in "Plans and Billing" in your account.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We offer annual payment discounts. You can simulate your plan price on our pricing page by entering the number of users and period (monthly or annual).

For larger teams we have Business Max, a fixed-price plan with 50 users included and a lower per-user average.

How does annual plan payment work?

With the annual plan you pay upfront for 12 months, with discount applied automatically. You can change the number of users anytime in checkout: adding users charges the prorated amount to the end of the annual cycle; removing users leaves a credit for the next renewal. We do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellation. For temporary extra users, our sales team can activate a separate monthly subscription.

How does automatic renewal work?

All plans (monthly or annual) renew automatically at the end of each cycle using your saved payment method. Credit card: charged on the renewal date. Bank slip: a new slip is emailed near the due date. You can cancel or change the plan anytime before the next renewal. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

How can I receive the invoice?

Invoices are issued automatically and sent by email when payment is confirmed — by credit card or bank slip. You only need to send your company details to our sales team once. After that: for card, the invoice is sent right after payment; for slip, within 24 hours after clearance.

Is there a minimum commitment or cancellation fee?

There is no minimum commitment and you can cancel anytime. Monthly plans: billing stops at the end of the current period; access continues until the paid end date. Annual plans: you get a discount for the annual commitment, so there is no prorated refund for early cancellation. To avoid renewal, cancel before the next automatic renewal date.

What happens to my data if I downgrade to the free plan?

When you switch to the free plan, no data is deleted automatically. Your history of hours, projects and entries remains. Access to advanced features (custom reports, permissions, integrations) will be restricted. You can switch back to a paid plan anytime and continue where you left off.

How do professional onboarding and consulting services work?

We offer professional services for teams that need faster implementation, specialized support or custom setup. These are contracted separately and include: Custom onboarding with experts to set up the account, structure projects and train the team; Remote training on best practices; Custom reports beyond the platform defaults; Bulk import of legacy data into Rabbiit; Customizations where feasible; Roadmap prioritization for consulting clients; Data cleanup and standardization. Ideal for companies with complex processes that want to adopt the tool quickly and get maximum value from the start.
